 The Magic Eye

The ‘Bal Shree Honour Scheme’ was initiated by the National Bal Bhavan in 1995, wherein creative children are identified and honoured by the Honourable President of India in the areas of Creative Art, Creative Performance, Creative Writing and Creative Innovations in Science. The philosophy of Bal Shree Scheme, its genesis, growth and tools used in its implementation have been encapsuled in the form of a book titled ‘The Magic Eye’. The Magic Eye is an effort at making people realize the importance of creativity for the growth and development of society. It is also expected that it would stimulate the interest of thinkers, academicians and philosophers to delve deeply into the realm of creativity and help National Bal Bhavan in improving the ‘Bal Shree Scheme’.
